Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed through this website. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Formation of contract

A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch your order. Placing an order and receiving an order confirmation does not by itself create a binding contract of sale.

Price, taxes and duties

Any import VAT, GST, customs duty or carrier handling fee charged when your order arrives is the buyer's responsibility. It is not included in the price shown at checkout.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 7–14 business days depending on destination, however it may take longer, especially for international destinations. If we cannot deliver your order within 30 days, a full refund will be available.

Delays

If dispatch or delivery is delayed, we will contact you with a revised estimate as soon as possible. If a delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected part of your order for a full refund.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss of, or damage to, the goods passes to you only when you — or a person you have nominated — take physical possession of them. Until then, the goods remain at our risk.

Our liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for the affected product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by the law of New York State, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved that way, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
