Umekaze began as a single design with some vague ideas and a rough draft. What started as that single design became a small studio.

We maintain excellent quality through our 5 pillars: premium materials, good design, no-nonsense construction, trusted consistency, and fair price.

We are able to fulfill this all-benefits approach simply because we lack large marketing, HR, or administrative departments. Our superior operational efficiency results in superior products.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. Import duties and taxes may still apply on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds

If you request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product, we will issue a full refund within 3 days of returning the product as your statutory right.

If your charm arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, send a photo and the faulty product within 4 months and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If the product does not arrive within 30 days, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund.

In the return of products during refunds, the buyer will pay for postage.
